Veken Group attended the signing ceremony of the new energy project of Ningbo University of Technology

On the morning of November 22, the launching ceremony of the project of Ningbo University of Technology New Energy Industry Technology Innovation Practice Base (Education Power Promotion Project) and the signing ceremony of deepening school local cooperation were held in Qianwan Campus. Wang Zhaobo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Qianwan New Area, Zhu Peinan, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Ningbo Development and Reform Commission, Wang Fei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Education Bureau, Shao Qianjun, Head of Ningbo Finance Bureau and other relevant departments, President of Ningbo University of Technology and other school leaders attended the ceremony, and Veken Group was invited to participate in the ceremony.

The new energy industry technology innovation practice base project is a key project listed in the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" of Ningbo University of Technology, and an important starting point for promoting school land cooperation, school enterprise cooperation, scientific innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and industry city integration. The project will focus on the construction goals of building a new integrated teaching room, a public laboratory, a discipline laboratory, an engineering training center and its auxiliary rooms, and build five laboratories, including a new energy professional basic experiment training center, an advanced energy storage material and a battery laboratory. The total construction area of the project is about 29000 square meters, and the completion acceptance and delivery will be located before September 2024.

 On the same day, the signing ceremony of Ningbo University of Technology with Qianwan New Area and its cooperative enterprises to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises was held. The school signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Qianwan New Area Management Committee and a school enterprise cooperation agreement with five well-known enterprises, namely, Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., CAIC Research Automobile Inspection Center (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., SAIC Volkswagen Co., Ltd. Ningbo Branch, and Ningbo CRRC New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Veken will carry out in-depth cooperation with Ningbo University of Technology in the field of new energy, effectively give full play to the advantages of university disciplines and enterprise industries, vigorously promote the integrated development of government, industry, university, research and application, build a collaborative innovation platform, and promote the collaborative innovation development model between enterprises and universities。
